    Our solar panels were installed 6 years ago by a company that no longer services residential systems. They changed our maintainer on the Enlighten app to an out-of-state solar provider that ignores emails and doesn't seem to be monitoring anything. I researched local companies with good reputations and contacted Live Oak on their web site contact form. I was called back promptly by the owner and then Cyrus came out within a few days to take care of the issue in about and hour. Great job!

    I would give Cyrus Sherif @Live Oak Energy more than 5 stars if I could. We had a battery problem that had been going on for nearly 2 years, then earlier this year our inverter died. Our installer went out of business and the manufacturers were not being helpful. I called half a dozen solar technicians with no luck until I left a message at Live Oak. Cyrus contacted me within an hour and 4 days later was assessing our system. Within 2 hours onsite he had contacted the manufactures of the battery and inverter, explained the problems, and had new ones on the way. Cyrus is dependable, knowledgeable, prompt and just a really nice person to deal with, and we are thankful to have found him.
